Garagaty (User App): garages, categories, creating auctions, posting business advertisements, viewing and interacting with listings.
Garagaty Partners (Partner App): creating/managing auctions, bidding activities (as applicable), promoting garages, partner tools and dashboards.
Depending on how you use the Apps, we may collect:
Account information: name, phone number, email, password (or login method)
Profile information: profile photo, language, preferences
Business/garage information: business name, location/address, working hours, description, services
Listings content: auction details, categories, descriptions, prices, photos/videos you upload
Support messages: information you send to customer support or in feedback forms
We may collect:
Device information: device model, operating system, app version, identifiers
Usage information: screens visited, actions taken, session data, referral data
Log and diagnostics: crash reports, performance logs
If you grant permission, we may collect approximate or precise location to:
show nearby garages or services,
improve search results,
support location-based features.
You can turn location permissions off anytime in your device settings.
If you purchase promotions or paid services, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We may receive payment status and transaction identifiers, but we do not store your card/bank details.

create and manage accounts and provide the Apps’ features,
publish and display garages, categories, auctions, and advertisements,
enable auctions, bidding flows, and promotions (as applicable),
communicate with you (including service updates, support replies, and notifications),
prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and protect platform integrity,
analyze usage and improve performance, stability, and user experience,
comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information:

as long as your account is active and needed to provide services, and

request deletion of your account and personal data,
