This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to the mobile applications Garagaty and Garagaty Partners.
This Policy covers payments made to Garagaty for:
promoted/featured garage listings
paid advertisements
premium placement / boosts
auction-related fees (if any)
any other paid digital services offered inside the Apps
Important: Payments between users and garages/partners (for repairs, services, parts, or offline transactions) are not handled by us. Those cancellations/refunds must be agreed directly between the user and the garage/partner.
If you request cancellation before the promotion/ad/feature goes live (before approval, publishing, or start time), we may:
cancel it, and
issue a full refund (minus any non-refundable payment gateway charges, if applicable), or
offer account credit (if you prefer), depending on your request.
Once a promotion/ad/feature has started (published/active), cancellation is allowed, but generally:
no refund is provided for the used time, impressions, clicks, or exposure already delivered.
We may provide a partial refund or credit only if:
we failed to provide the service due to a technical issue on our side, or
the service was wrongly charged/duplicated, or
required by applicable law.
If an ad/listing/promotion is rejected or removed because it violates our Terms & Conditions, policies, or legal requirements, you may not be eligible for a refund.
If you purchased through:
Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Google Play Store, refunds are handled by Google under Google’s policies.
In such cases, we can assist with documentation, but the final decision is made by Apple/Google.
Auction creators should avoid cancelling active auctions without valid reason.
If an auction is cancelled by the creator or due to policy violations, any paid auction-related fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable, except where required by law or if we are responsible for a technical failure.

We may request additional information to verify the payment.
Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method where possible.
If not possible, we may provide store credit.
Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider.
Refunds are generally not provided for:
change of mind after a promotion/ad has started
poor business results (e.g., low leads/sales) when the service ran as purchased
content removed due to policy/Terms violations
services already fully delivered
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Apps means you accept the updated Policy.
